The book is Into the Great Blue: Meditations of Summer; FinishingLinePress August 2011. Available both via Amazon and FinshingLinePress. It came out last summer precisely when I was having my hip replaced; so sweet to recuperate in the place where the poems were inspired and written – with a pile of just-released books to hold in hand!!!
